Aremiti is a 36' Westerly Conway.

We bought her in June 2007 from a fellow member of the Ocean Cruising Club. She had spent a happy 10 years with her previous owners cruising mainly in the Mediterranean but also completed an Atlantic circuit. She was exactly what we were looking for - a good solid blue-water cruiser in need of substantial refurbishment and re-equiping, giving us the opportunity to customise her to suit ourselves and which, with all new equipment, would be reliable, up-to-date and ready for another 10 years of voyaging.

We changed her name to Aremiti which means gentle seas in Tahitian - reminding us of our favourite sailing experiences and, we hope, predicting good times to come.
